Wildlife Conservation Views from the Pool Deck

POOL

The private screened patio and pool area contains poolside furniture and loungers. Solar pool heating provides comfortable bathing temperatures year-round (subject to favorable conditions) Auxiliary electric pool heating. To be able to guarantee a mid 80s pool temperature during the cooler months(Nov-Feb) we have installed an auxiliary electric pool heating system that can be activated if required. There is a charge to cover the extra cost if this is switched on. Charge payable locally to management company in dollars or you can pay as part of your booking and the heating will be activated and be warming the pool for when you arrive.

A gas barbecue is available for use outside the house area.

LAUNDRY Etc

There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room. Other inventory items include electric iron/board, hair drier and vacuum cleaner (if you really want to!)

The inventory contains sufficient linen and towels for 10 people.

Baby cot and chair can be provided on request (No charge)

KITCHEN.  

The kitchen is equipped with all you could want; cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, liquidiser, coffee-maker etc. plus a full inventory of cooking and dining utensils.

LIVING SPACE.

2050 square feet of air -conditioned living space that is furnished/equipped to a high standard. The open plan design under high vaulted ceilings provides a luxuriously light and comfortable holiday home.

PC with free/unlimited internet access, printer  and CD burner to burn your family photograhs or occupy the kids with computer games.

Sleeps 8-10 in

• 1 Master King with TV & en-suite bathroom & lake view
• 2 Queen doubles ( 1 with lake view )

• Plus a sofa bed in the lounge.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The property is managed for us by a local management company that provides a very personal service which gives us and you reassurance that your stay will be comfortable and problem-free.
